Smint is a candy-brand which develops triangular sugar free mints, focused on the market for adults. They asked to help them find an addition to their product line in the field of design, packaging and promotion material. Efforts regarding the ecological footprint and durability were also expected.
What I designed?
The Smint Triangle that I designed is a triangular dispenser with a slider, made from a bio based plastic. Making use of the cost efficient sleeve-technique, a luxurious sleeve will make it possible to change the perception of the product, although the product stays recognizable.
Why I designed this
Smint can now launch more Special Editions, with which they can easily anticipate on trends and marketing campaigns. With every new edition, attention of (potential) customers will be drawn to Smint.
